Return / Refund policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and experience with us. When necessary, we can quickly resolve any product or service issues via an exchange, return or refund. Please review our policy below before reaching out to us.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@ZebraEssentials.com with your order number, reason for return, and a list of items that you wish to return. We will promptly reply with a RMA number and a return shipping label.
Unused / Undamaged Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping and any restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply on a per-item basis depending on the product ordered as well as its condition upon return to us.
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned to us in their original inner / outer packaging.
Policy Exceptions for Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, and this is clearly indicated at the top of each product page. Please review the product details page of the item you'd like to order before placing an order with us.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
We ask that you notify us right away if you've received an incorrect or damaged item. We will promptly investigate the issue and make it right. For certain damaged items, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage in order to process a refund or ship a replacement item.
